Thomas Boccellari is currently a Director with PGIM Fixed Income. He researches and develops new fixed income strategies to help PGIM launch new products and strategies.

Prior to PGIM Fixed Income, he was a multi-asset strategist with Invesco. He focused on fixed- and equity income, and alternative product development, research and strategy.

Prior to Invesco, he was an investment analyst covering passive strategies on Morningstar’s manager research team. He focused on global active and passive fixed-income strategies.

Prior to joining Morningstar in 2014, he was a consulting ETF analyst for Blue Ocean Company in Singapore. Before that, he spent four years at Valens Securities as an equity analyst and later as a junior portfolio manager and a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to joining Valens, he was an analyst for Credit Suisse where he worked on their Investment Strategies team.

Boccellari holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University in Boston. He is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School Business, concentrating in analytic finance, economics and econometrics.
